As long as your vehicle is in a location that is safe and reasonably accessible, our technician will come directly to you to perform the service.

Can you jump-start my vehicle in a parking garage?

Absolutely. Unlike larger tow trucks, our technicians can often access parking garages and parking structures. If the service vehicle can’t reach your exact parking space, we’ll safely walk to your vehicle with the necessary equipment whenever possible.

What if my vehicle still won’t start?

If a professional jump-start attempt and/or battery boast doesn’t get your vehicle running, the problem may involve a failed battery, starter, alternator, electrical system, or another mechanical issue. If appropriate, we may also be able to provide a mobile battery replacement. Do I still pay if my vehicle doesn’t start?
