2. Requesting Service

By requesting service from Joe Rescue Ride LLC, whether through our website, telephone, SMS, email, dispatch partner, insurance provider, roadside assistance program, dealership, or other authorized source, you represent that:

  • You are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization to request service on its behalf.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You authorize Joe Rescue Ride LLC to perform the requested services.
  • You understand that certain services may require payment, identity verification, proof of ownership, or additional documentation before work can begin.

If your service is dispatched through a third-party organization, additional terms and conditions established by that organization may also apply.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing varies depending on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Type of service requested
  • Vehicle type
  • Distance traveled
  • Required parts or materials
  • Time of service
  • Dispatch source

For customers paying Joe Rescue Ride LLC directly:

  • Payment is subject to the terms outlined in your electronic invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, a dispatch fee is required prior to dispatch as specified in the invoice and is non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched or is en-route. Any remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
  • We accept approved forms of payment, including major credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle and other accepted electronic payment methods.
  • Parts installed and services performed are considered final upon completion unless otherwise required by law.
  • Any billing questions or disputes must be submitted directly to management for review at dispatch@joerescueride.com.

For services dispatched through insurance companies, motor clubs, government agencies, or other organizations:

  • Coverage and payment are subject to the policies of the dispatching organization.
  • Customers remain responsible for any charges not covered by the dispatching organization.

4. Service Conditions and Limitations

Roadside assistance is intended to provide temporary assistance designed to help address an immediate roadside issue.

While our technicians use reasonable care and accepted industry practices, Joe Rescue Ride LLC cannot guarantee that:

  • A vehicle will start after service.
  • A vehicle will remain operational after service.
  • Additional mechanical or electrical issues will not occur.
  • A repair performed roadside will permanently resolve the underlying issue.

Certain services may not be possible due to safety concerns, vehicle condition, manufacturer restrictions, weather, equipment limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Joe Rescue Ride LLC reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service whenever a technician determines that performing the requested work would be unsafe or inappropriate.

If a service cannot be safely performed at the original location, Joe Rescue Ride LLC may recommend relocating the vehicle to a safer location or rescheduling the service. Any towing, impound, storage, transportation, recovery, or related expenses—whether arranged by the vehicle owner, a third-party towing provider, law enforcement, or any other agency or entity—are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Joe Rescue Ride LLC is not responsible for any fees, charges, delays, or damages associated with such services or actions.

5. Vehicle Condition and Liability

Vehicles receiving roadside assistance often have existing mechanical problems, electrical faults, worn components, accident damage, corrosion, or other conditions that may not be visible before service begins.

Accordingly:

  • Joe Rescue Ride LLC is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or mechanical defects.
  • We are not responsible for failures caused by existing vehicle conditions.
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, corrosion, age, aftermarket modifications, or manufacturer defects.
  • We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joe Rescue Ride LLC’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Joe Rescue Ride LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
