Our Guarantee
This limited warranty begins on the service date shown on the invoice and applies for the full warranty period listed for the battery purchased.
Joe Rescue Ride will replace any battery we sell and install if it fails due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
Each battery is limited to one (1) replacement under this warranty. Any replacement battery does not restart or extend the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable and ends immediately if the vehicle is sold or ownership changes.
A battery must be tested and confirmed defective by Joe Rescue Ride or an approved testing source before a warranty claim is approved. Only testing conducted or accepted by Joe Rescue Ride will be used to determine warranty eligibility. A low state of charge alone does not qualify as a defect.
Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or replacement of electrical components after installation that affect battery performance or testing may void this warranty.
Installation Fee for Warranty Replacements
The replacement battery is provided at no cost during the warranty period. However, if the replacement occurs more than fourteen (14) days after the original installation date, a $19.95 installation fee will apply.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover failures or issues caused by conditions unrelated to battery defects, including but not limited to:
- Alternator failure
- Starter failure
- Electrical system faults
- Wiring issues
- Low fluid levels
- Misuse or abuse
- Accident or collision damage
- Improper installation
- Off-road or racing use
- Use as a stationary power unit
- Use outside the battery’s intended application
It also does not cover diagnostic fees, mechanic charges, towing, rental vehicles, loss of vehicle use, inconvenience, or any third-party services performed to diagnose or repair non-battery-related issues.
Joe Rescue Ride is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of time, or loss of use.
Commercial Use
Batteries installed on commercial or business-use vehicles may be subject to a limited warranty period of 90 days from the date of installation, regardless of any longer warranty period listed elsewhere.
General Conditions
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and original vehicle of installation. It is not transferable.
Any replacement provided under this warranty continues only for the remaining original warranty period.
Legal Notice
This limited warranty represents the full extent of liability of Joe Rescue Ride for the batteries we sell and install. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided except as required by law.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your state.
Joe Rescue Ride does not authorize any person to vary the terms, conditions, or exclusions of this warranty.
