Use this simple tool to share your location with Joe Rescue Ride so we can find you faster and get you back on the road.

  1. Fill out the form with your Name, Phone Number and Vehicle details and a brief description of nearby landmarks (cross streets, mile markers, or businesses).
  2. After doing so, Tap the 📍 Send My Location button. below.
  3. Your phone or browser may ask for permission to access your location — please tap Allow.
  4. If you’re on a mobile device, your phone will open a text message with your location details ready to send. If you’re on a desktop, your email app will open instead.
  5. Once you hit Send, Tap the 📞 button below to speak with our team.

This tool uses your device’s GPS to provide your latitude, longitude, and a Google Maps link. While location services are helpful, they may not always be 100% accurate. Please describe nearby landmarks, cross streets, or mile markers in the form below to the best of your ability — this helps us reach you even faster.

Remember sending your location with this tool does not replace calling us. Please call our team immediately after sending your location to confirm your service request and ensure a rescue vehicle is on the way.

Having Trouble?

If you see the message “Couldn’t get location — please enable GPS or location services”, try this:

  1. Make sure Location Services are ON
    • iPhone: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → turn ON.
    • Android: Go to Settings → Location → turn ON.
    • Toggle ON Precise Location in your browser settings for the most accurate results.
  2. Allow your browser to use location
    • If prompted by your browser, tap Allow.
    • If you blocked it before, go into your browser settings (Safari/Chrome/Edge) and enable location for this site.
  3. Use your phone, not a desktop
    • This tool works best on your smartphone with GPS enabled. Some desktops/laptops can’t provide accurate location.
  4. If all else fails…
    • Call us directly at 732-427-1880 and describe nearby landmarks, cross streets, or mile markers.
