- Fill out the form with your Name, Phone Number and Vehicle information.
- After doing so, click the Send My Location button below.
- Your phone or browser will ask if you want to allow location services — please tap Allow.
- Your connected email app will open with your location details (latitude, longitude, and a Google Maps link).
- Once you hit Send, call our team to confirm the details and ensure that a service vehicle is on the way.
- Make sure Location Services are ON
- iPhone: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → turn ON.
- Android: Go to Settings → Location → turn ON.
- Toggle ON Precise Location in your browser settings for the most accurate results.
- Allow your browser to use location
- If prompted by your browser, tap Allow.
- If you blocked it before, go into your browser settings (Safari/Chrome/Edge) and enable location for this site.
- Use your phone, not a desktop
- This tool works best on your smartphone with GPS enabled. Some desktops/laptops can’t provide accurate location.
